It Started With a Simple Observation:
Great Ideas Were Dying Because Founders Feared Execution.
Eight years ago, I was a freelance developer working with startup founders who had vision but no path to execution.
They'd ask: "Should I build native or cross-platform?" "How much will this cost?" "What if we run out of money before launching?"
I became more than a developer. I became their technical partner. I challenged assumptions, validated ideas, made technology decisions, and guided them from idea to product.
We built healthcare platforms with great success. Logistics apps processing daily orders. Social platforms with 100k users. I watched these founders go from "I have an idea" to "$1M ARR."
Then I realized: this problem wasn't unique to my clients. Thousands of business owners have million-dollar ideas gathering dust because they fear execution. They've heard the horror stories i.e. of $200k agency quotes, developers disappearing, apps that launch to crickets.
So in 2021, I founded Peers Chain.
